Details of the Job/Internship

ARYASUMANTRA LEGAL ADVISORS LLP is hiring a Junior Associate (Litigation) with 3–4 years of active litigation experience to join our office on Infantry Road, Bengaluru. The role involves regular court appearances, drafting, legal research, and independent handling of court procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear regularly before courts in Bengaluru and present effective oral submissions.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy preparation.
• Independently manage court procedures and support overall litigation work.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with enrollment under the Karnataka State Bar Council.
• 3–4 years of active litigation practice with courtroom exposure in Bengaluru.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English and Kannada.
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in litigation.

Salary/Stipend
