Details of the Job/Internship

A&S Legal Partners is hiring an Associate with a focus on corporate and contract law to join their office in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents (agreements, notices, etc.).
• Preparing legal compliance documents for corporate houses.
• Assisting with HR policy drafting and regulatory research.
• Analyzing legal documents to identify potential issues and risks.
• Supporting client meetings and communications regarding contractual matters.
• Maintaining organized case files and documentation.

Eligibility

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in drafting contracts and agreements.
• Strong legal research skills with proficiency in legal databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.

Salary/Stipend
