Details of the Job/Internship

Asire Consulting LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Preet Vihar, Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, conducting legal research, analysing complex legal issues, assisting with corporate legal compliance, handling client matters, and supporting dispute resolution activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyse complex legal issues.
• Assist with corporate legal compliance matters.
• Handle client cases and support dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with the professional team to deliver effective legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and concepts, with expertise in law and legal issues.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, including contracts and agreements.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate legal matters and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate legal arguments effectively.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and adherence to timelines.
• Knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and risk management processes is advantageous.
• LL.B. or LL.M. degree or equivalent qualification; prior relevant experience is a plus.
