Details of the Job/Internship
AssetVault is hiring a Legal Associate or Senior Legal Associate with 2–5 years of experience to support its succession planning services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft customised and legally sound Wills for a diverse client base, including NRIs and HNIs.
- Conduct doorstep visits to assist clients with Will execution, signatures, and legal guidance.
- Handle Will registration at the local Sub-Registrar’s Office and ensure legal compliance.
- Engage directly with leads, address client queries, and build trust during onboarding.
- Collaborate with sales and legal marketing teams to promote awareness of Wills and succession planning.
- Conduct awareness sessions on Will writing and succession planning.
- Act as the regional legal representative for clients and partners.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university.
- 2–5 years of legal experience, preferably in succession, property, or client-facing roles.
- Comfort with client calls, on-site visits, and guiding families through legal processes.
- Strong communication skills in English; regional languages are an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with empathy and execution focus.
- Prior experience with SRO processes, registrations, or notary work is desirable.
