Details of the Job/Internship

Atidiv is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join them in remote mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on various business issues.
• Provide employment law guidance to internal teams.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Create and update legal templates and documents.
• Assist with intellectual property matters.
• Help resolve legal disputes and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal activities.
• Collaborate with business teams on legal requirements.
• Prepare legal opinions on diverse issues.
• Participate in monthly in-person meetings at Pune office.
• Advise on general corporate law matters including but not limited to CSR activities.

Eligibility

• LLB degree required.
• 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Minimum one year of experience in a law firm.
• Strong contract drafting and review skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
