Details of the Job/Internship

Atidiv is hiring a Legal Associate with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience for a remote role based in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Create and update legal templates and documents.
• Conduct legal research on business and corporate matters.
• Advise on employment law, CSR activities, and general corporate law issues.
• Prepare legal opinions and collaborate with business teams on legal requirements.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including basic knowledge of Companies Act and foreign exchange laws.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes and mitigating risks.
• Maintain accurate records of legal activities.
• Handle intellectual property-related matters.

Eligibility

• LLB degree and Indian Bar license required.
• 4–6 years post-qualification experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a law firm.
• Strong contract drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with reliable home-office setup.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
