Details of the Job/Internship

Atidiv is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least one year in a law firm, to support senior counsel and cross-functional teams in handling corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. The role involves reviewing and drafting contracts, managing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and providing timely legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on various business issues.
• Provide employment law guidance to internal teams.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Create and update legal templates and documents.
• Assist with intellectual property matters.
• Help resolve legal disputes and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal activities.
• Collaborate with business teams on legal requirements.
• Prepare legal opinions on diverse issues.
• Participate in monthly in-person meetings at Pune office.
• Advise on general corporate law matters including CSR activities.

Eligibility

• LLB degree required.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, including minimum one year in a law firm.
• Strong contract drafting and review skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Salary/Stipend
