Details of the Job/Internship
ATMS is hiring an Associate – Legal with experience of 1–2 years to join its legal team at Thane Wagle Estate. The role involves supporting the legal team with research, documentation, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations, requiring strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and professional client handling.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various matters.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Issue legal notices and handle related documentation.
- Manage trademark filings, renewals, and records.
- Assist the Legal Manager with daily legal and administrative requirements.
- Handle client calls, respond to legal queries, and provide basic guidance.
Maintain proper documentation and legal records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 1–2 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Good drafting, communication, and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic legal documentation tools.
- Prior internship or work experience is an added advantage.
