Details of the Job/Internship

ATS Infrastructure Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with post-qualification experience of 3-8 years to join their Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• The associate will do legal drafting and reviewing work. Documents including contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal correspondence as per the applicable laws/legal perspective.
• Contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
• Work closely with the following departments: Finance and Accounts, RERA, and HR to ensure legal concerns are adopted in all aspects.
• Assist the head of the legal department in the following matters: Legal disputes, litigation, and other legal matters.
• Coordination with internal departments and external counsel.
• Attending hearings
• Preparing case notes

Eligibility

• Education: LLM
• Skills: Excellent drafting skills and experience in filing police complaints.
• The candidate should know about RERA, pre and post-FIR, criminal matters, consumer litigation, litigation in High Courts, Writs, NCLT, etc.
• The candidate should be able to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
• The candidate should have written and verbal communication skills.
