Details of the Job/Internship

Attero is hiring a Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations and provide proactive legal guidance.
• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and MoUs.
• Maintain a central repository of legal agreements and track renewal timelines.
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and ensure statutory registrations and filings.
• Manage legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with external counsel.
• Draft and maintain legal documentation and confidential records.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and company policies.
• Conduct legal training and awareness programs for internal teams.
• Liaison with government authorities, regulators, and external legal firms.
• Manage timely application and renewal of factory licenses under the Factory Act.
• Maintain statutory registers, prepare reports, and ensure factory compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct internal audits for adherence to licensing and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Education: Not mentioned.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance, regulatory management, corporate governance, and contract management.
• Ability to conduct legal risk assessments, manage documentation, and handle litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
