AuthBridge is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on diverse commercial contracts including Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Technology/SaaS Agreements, Consultant Agreements, Statements of Work, RFQs/RFPs, questionnaires, and related documents.
- Lead negotiations with clients, service providers, and technology partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal documentation and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and global data protection and privacy laws, along with other regulatory frameworks relevant to IT and services.
- Maintain strong understanding of regulations governing financial services and insurance, including RBI guidelines.
- Draft legal notices and responses to legal communications.
- Partner with management and business teams to provide legal input on IT and technology products.
- Develop and update internal policies and procedures aligned with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide legal support to finance, HR, and operations, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and employee disputes.
- Conduct training sessions to build employee awareness of legal and compliance obligations.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
