Details of the Job/Internship

AV Legal Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate to join them.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate should be proficient in drafting and vetting commercial contracts, collaboration agreements, MOUs, etc.
• The candidate should be responsible for the drafting of review of real estate contracts TSRs;
• The candidate should be excellent at providing overall guidance to Associates, Junior Associates.
• The candidate should be able to provide comprehensive legal opinions;

Eligibility

• Qualifications: LLB/LLM
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
• The Candidate must have registered with the Bar Council of India.
• The candidate must have excellent knowledge of Law.
• The candidate should have proficient English communication skills (Spoken and Written).

The Suitable candidates will be informed of the date of the interview.

Salary/Stipend

Upto Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 35,000/-
