Details of the Job/Internship

AXA XL is hiring a Legal Associate (Contractual Role) for their Gurugram office under a hybrid working model.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage confidentiality agreement mailbox.
• Review confidentiality and hold harmless agreements.
• Draft and review business-as-usual documents such as lender endorsements and cut through clauses.
• Support legal teams with contract-related tasks.

Eligibility

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in contract review and legal drafting.
