Details of the Job/Internship

Ayaam Legal is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in preparing legal strategies for cases and matters.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Support corporate and compliance-related legal work.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in legal processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in corporate law, compliance, or related areas.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary legal matters.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal databases and technology tools is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
