Details of the Job/Internship
Balaji IP Practice is hiring Legal Associates with 3–5 years of experience in trademark prosecution to join their office in Delhi NCR (Vaishali).
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling trademark prosecution matters.
- Drafting and filing trademark applications and responses.
- Managing prosecution-related documentation and correspondence.
- Assisting in IP-related legal research and compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM degree.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in trademark prosecution.
- Prior experience in IPR prosecution is mandatory.
