Details of the Job/Internship
BCE Global Tech is hiring a Legal Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in corporate governance, statutory compliance, contract management, and legal advisory.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance initiatives and compliance with ethical business conduct.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in reporting.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure compliance with Indian laws, IT Act, and Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Assist in labour law compliance, workplace policies, and POSH compliance.
- Support due diligence, fundraising, legal disputes, and compliance audits.
- Draft and implement corporate policies and governance frameworks.
- Assist in statutory filings under the Companies Act, 2013, and maintain registers and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations applicable to FDI entities.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, or legal roles.
- Knowledge of Indian corporate laws, FEMA regulations, and FDI compliance preferred.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
