Details of the Job/Internship

BeIN Legal LLP is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role at its Indore office.
The role involves legal research, document preparation, contract drafting and review, client interaction, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, review, and manage legal documents.
• Analyse legal issues and assist in legal research and case evaluation.
• Provide legal advice and strategic inputs on assigned matters.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Interact with clients and provide tailored legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification in law.
• Valid licence to practice law.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Experience in corporate or litigation law is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
