Benny & Rai Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its litigation practice in Delhi. The role is on-site and involves handling litigation matters across multiple practice areas, including civil, commercial, real estate, consumer, criminal, and banking litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
• Appear before courts and assist in hearings.
• Support day-to-day litigation work across assigned practice areas.

Eligibility

1–3 years of experience in litigation.
