Bettercallmanish is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0 to 1 year to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research and draft legal opinions, agreements, and contracts.
- Assist in litigation matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals.
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues across diverse industries.
- Collaborate on intellectual property, construction, corporate, and procurement matters.
- Support clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with a license to practice in India.
- 0–1 years of experience in dispute resolution, corporate advisory, or intellectual property.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Interest in industries such as art, tech, media, or corporate law.
