Details of the Job/Internship

Bettercallmanish is hiring a legal associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their Jaipur office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and draft legal opinions, agreements, and contracts.
• Assist in litigation matters before Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues across diverse industries.
• Collaborate on intellectual property, construction, corporate, and procurement matters.
• Support clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with a license to practice in India.
• 0–2 years of experience in dispute resolution, corporate advisory, or intellectual property.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in industries such as art, tech, media, or corporate law.
