Details of the Job/Internship

Bettercallmanish is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, researching and analysing legal issues, providing strategic advice, supporting negotiations, and collaborating on client projects across industries such as Information Technology, Media, and Art.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents including agreements and contracts.
• Research and analyse legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Support negotiations and collaborate on client projects.
• Engage with complex legal matters across diverse industries.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognised university.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience preferred.
• Proficiency in law and strong knowledge of legal principles.
• Skilled in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret laws, regulations, and complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiations, and court representation.
• Familiarity with Information Technology laws, Media laws, and other modern legal domains is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
