The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, analysing legal issues, providing legal advice, conducting research, collaborating with clients and colleagues on case strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate legal records.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Analysing complex legal issues and providing legal advice.
- Conducting legal research and interpreting laws and case precedents.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop and execute case strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal records.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law and understanding of legal concepts.
- Proficiency in legal document drafting and review, with accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills for legal research and interpretation of case laws and principles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Relevant certifications, if any.
