Details of the Job/Internship

Billplan Fintech Private Limited (Billcut) is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their in-house team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts with lending partners, NBFCs, and regulated entities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines and the DPDP Act.
• Oversee and improve grievance redressal mechanisms.
• Advise the product and technology teams on legal aspects of new features.
• Support corporate secretarial work and board-level documentation.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or corporate law is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide practical regulatory advice.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with external stakeholders and regulators.

Salary/Stipend
