Details of the Job/Internship

Black Suit is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents related to banking and NBFCs.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Support senior attorneys with legal opinions and reports.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with their legal needs.
• Support civil litigation.
• Assist in due diligence and maintain organized case files.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of banking and financial laws, excellent research and drafting skills, effective communication, attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
