Details of the Job/Internship

Borderless Access is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review of privacy policies and data privacy addendum
• Ensuring compliance and adhering to the new data privacy law
• Experience in communicating with Stakeholder both internal and external
• Reviewing and closing NDAs, Agreements, all low and high-ended transactions from a legal perspective, etc.
• Experience in drafting Legal Letters/Notices, Agreements, and contracts
• Understanding clauses and well-versed in negotiations.
• Drafting legal opinions and conducting legal research.
• Manage end-to-end contracts database.
• Assisting in the implementation of legal processes in the company.
• Basic understanding and background of Data Privacy and Technology Laws.
• Any other requirements arising in the organization within the legal context.

Eligibility

• 5 Years or 3 Years Degree in Law (LLB/LLM),
• Data Privacy Experience/Certification is Must,
• Good Command of the English language.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
