Details of the Job/Internship

BPG Law Chambers is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 2-5 years to join their Jaipur office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting writ petitions, appeals, legal notices, agreements, and other legal pleadings.
• Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing case notes.
• Appearing before various courts and tribunals including:
  • Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur & Jodhpur)
  • Supreme Court of India
  • Delhi High Court
  • NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forums, RERA, Arbitration Forums, Commercial Courts, and District Courts
• Attending client meetings and conferences.
• Assisting and briefing Senior Advocates in complex legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
• Enrolled with a State Bar Council.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation or related legal practice.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and willingness to learn and grow.

Salary/Stipend
