Details of the Job/Internship

Broadwings Consultants is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join its in-house legal and compliance team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and assist in compliance management for clients.
• Perform legal research on financial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Maintain legal records, filings, and documentation.
• Support statutory and regulatory compliance activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of corporate, commercial, and financial law.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a multidisciplinary setup.

Salary/Stipend
