Details of the Job/Internship

Capital Ace Attorneys is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Lagos.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate commercial issues within our core practice areas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Assist in due diligence, reviews, and corporate transactions.
• Ability to develop sound strategies for the conduct of briefs.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Attend meetings, hearings, and negotiations with clients and other stakeholders. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
• Qualified to practice law in Nigeria with 1-2 years of post-call experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate commercial law and related areas.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary/Stipend
