Details of the Job/Internship
CarePlix is hiring a Legal Associate to join its office in Kolkata. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, providing legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters, and supporting internal teams in managing legal risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents, RFPs, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide advice on commercial, data security, intellectual property, licensing, technology, confidentiality, procurement, and privacy matters.
- Educate stakeholders on contract forms, best practices, and legal risks.
- Support sales, deal management, contract management, vendor management, and other internal teams.
- Negotiate complex vendor agreements.
- Handle customer disputes and terminations.
- Provide legal support for new products and services.
- Draft and maintain legal template documents.
- Develop and execute special projects for the commercial team.
- Perform other related duties as required.
