Details of the Job/Internship

CARS24 is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–1 years of experience to join their Legal team in Gurgaon. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation management from start to finish.
• Draft and prepare legal documents for various cases including summons, criminal, consumer, and labour matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide procedural support.
• Represent CARS24 as an Authorised Representative (AR) in court hearings and coordinate with external counsels.
• Manage case files, legal documentation, and client records efficiently.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• 0–1 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in litigation.
• Strong communication, drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Foundational knowledge of criminal, consumer, MACT, and labour laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Comfortable travelling and appearing as AR in courts and police stations.

Salary/Stipend
