Details of the Job/Internship
Centrik Group is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 2 to 6 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle drafting, arguments, and appearances across various courts including NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
- Conduct legal analysis, research, and content writing, including research papers.
- Innovate and find solutions in relevant legal matters, contributing to the development of legal strategies.
- Draft notices, submissions, and appearances before NCLT/authorities/courts.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and explore new legal concepts and developments.
- Engage in drafting and research & development within assigned projects.
- Coordinate and manage all legal affairs for various insurance companies.
- Liaise with internal and external lawyers and attorneys representing clients.
- Provide necessary information and inputs for legal matters and proceedings nationwide.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LLB/LLM) with 2-6 years of experience in drafting, appearance, and arguments before courts.
- Excellent command over drafting various legal documents including complaints, replies, contracts, agreements, etc.
- Ability to independently manage legal cases and affairs of insurance companies.
- Strong coordination and liaison skills with internal and external legal stakeholders.
- Motivated and innovative mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in insurance law or related fields is preferred.
