Details of the Job/Internship

CG-VAK Software is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with experience of 3+ years to join their organisation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft foundational documents such as Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
• Negotiate and finalize SaaS agreements and vendor contracts.
• Assist in legal structuring for capital raises and equity financing.
• Draft contracts related to commercial real estate transactions.
• Identify legal risks and research regulatory requirements.
• Manage employment agreements and HR policies for compliance.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law.
• Active state bar membership.
• Proficiency in RBI LRS and ODI regulations.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
