Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Dhananjaya Mishra is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, APTEL, and other authorities.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and advisory documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare argument notes.
• Manage filing, registry coordination, and defect clearance.
• Prepare court files and maintain case documentation.
• Handle client communication, correspondence, and hearing reports.
• Assist in arbitration, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Experience or exposure to drafting, filing, and court appearances.
