The Chambers of Samarpit Chauhan is hiring a Junior Associate (Litigation) for an on-site role in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Draft pleadings and applications.
- Brief seniors on matters assigned.
- Appear before concerned courts as and when required.
Eligibility
- Fresher with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Preferably enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Good command over basic English.
- Sound understanding of fundamental legal concepts.
- Prior internships in litigation chambers are preferred.
