Details of the Job/Internship
CHANEL is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and executing various commercial agreements, NDAs, lease, vendor contracts for wholesale, retail and travel retail business Filing applications for various licenses and registrations such as cosmetic licenses, BIS registrations, EPR plastic registrations, IEC, Legal metrology, and other registrations, customs, data privacy regulations, e-commerce regulations etc; Applications for local licenses and registrations such as trading license, SE license, music license and appear before authorities.
- Oversee internal Legal management tools and platforms, Monitoring calendars and following up, Record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents,
- Communicating updates and projects' progress, Coordinating with external counsel and verifying outstanding balances with them.
Eligibility
- You must have a graduation degree and minimum 3-4 years of Legal experience in the consumer products or retail industry.
- Candidates must have strong drafting, administrative, organizational and research skills.
- You should be familiar with key legal principles and the ability to grasp and interpret legal documents.
