Details of the Job/Internship

Chaudhary & Chaudhary, Advocates and Solicitors, is hiring a Legal Associate (In-House Drafting) with 1–2 years of experience, or a final-year law student with strong drafting skills, to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, suits, counter affidavits, replies, applications, notices, and legal opinions.
• Handle legal documentation work with precision and clarity.
• Perform desk-based responsibilities, including preparation of legal content and correspondence.
• Maintain accuracy in legal language and format as per professional standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Post-graduate in Law with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Final-year law students with demonstrated drafting skills may also apply.
• Strong command of legal language and prior experience in legal drafting is mandatory.
• Must be disciplined, hardworking, and capable of working in a time-bound manner.
