Cleantech Industry Resources is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for complex commercial transactions, with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Standardizing EPC, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and various other agreements, and prepare toolkits for business, using captured learnings from negotiations with clients, and basis inputs from business and management. Assisting in providing legal & compliance support in strategic transactions.
