Cleantech Industry Resources is hiring Legal Associate to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for complex commercial transactions, with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Standardizing EPC, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and various other agreements, and prepare toolkits for business, using captured learnings from negotiations with clients, and basis inputs from business and management.
- Assisting in providing legal & compliance support in strategic transactions.
- Research on compliance and regulatory framework pertaining to solar industry across US.
- Assist in cross functional support business partnering with HR, finance, administrative, procurement, logistics and business development teams for resolving all contractual and legal issues faced in day-to-day operations. -
