Details of the Job/Internship

CNS Juris is hiring a legal associate to join them in Pune office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Study the case files and drafting of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department).
• Research the judgments/case laws using legal software such as Manupatra.
• Handle day-to-day appearance in courts.
• Assist the senior advocates in the chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments.
• Work on land and property conveyancing.
• Work on the preparation of title opinions, etc.
• Work on the drafting of documents relating to real estate transactions.

Salary/Stipend
