Details of the Job/Internship
CodeVyasa is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join its office in Noida Sector-62.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, NDAs, and legal documents.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain and organize legal records, documentation, and contract repositories.
- Coordinate with internal teams for legal clarifications and documentation needs.
- Assist in legal research, case analysis, and preparation of legal summaries or opinions.
- Liaise with external counsel and support litigation or dispute-related matters, if required.
- Monitor contract renewals, obligations, and timelines.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of experience in a legal role; freshers may apply.
- Basic understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
