Details of the Job/Internship
Cogneesol is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join their Legal Department in Mohali. There are 15 open positions. The role involves working in shifts from 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience are preferred, though freshers may also apply.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters relating to Personal Injury and Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Conduct legal drafting and research.
- Manage client calls and respond to queries.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. graduates.
- 0–1 year of experience (minimum 1 year in litigation preferred).
- Knowledge of Personal Injury, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and legal drafting and research.
- Strong communication skills for handling client calls and queries.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
