Details of the Job/Internship

CoinSwitch is hiring a Legal Associate to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and risk assessment of vendor contracts.
• Tracking of Regulatory Updates, updating necessary stakeholders and ensuring timely implementation of the same within the organization without any delay.
• Drafting of company internal and external policies and agreements.
• New product legal feasibility and detailed analysis.
• Experience in working with Product and Tech teams to give feedback on the new product launches.
• Legal Research.
• Some experience in Data Privacy practices.
• Maintaining of legal contract repository.
• Coordination with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Should have the ability to manage tasks independently.

Eligibility

• 2-3 years in Legal domain in SEBI regulated entity preferably Stock Broking.
• Qualification LLB or LLM + qualified CS will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
