ConsultAdd Inc is hiring Legal Associate to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on immigration laws and regulations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
- Analyze and interpret legal information to provide substantive support for the preparation of immigration cases.
- Engage in the drafting and meticulous review of legal contracts and documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strict adherence to legal standards.
- Provide invaluable assistance in matters pertaining to immigration law, offering support to our esteemed legal team.
- Stay abreast of the latest changes in immigration policies and laws, providing timely updates and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with senior legal professionals on a variety of legal projects within the company, fostering a dynamic and learning-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Hold a recent law degree, demonstrating a solid academic foundation and a passion for the legal field.
- Showcase strong legal research and analytical skills, emphasizing attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective and clear communication within the legal team and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to group dynamics and achieving common goals.
- Strong Knowledge In - US Immigration, GC Employment, I-140, PERM, H-1B, LCA, Intra company transfer, Foreign skilled work visa, US, Canada work Visa, Contract: US, Canada and India laws, Labor Laws of US, Canada.
