Details of the Job/Internship

ConsultingEdge is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to work with them at their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working on basic drafting of replies to Departmental Enquiry and Show Cause Notices.
• Drafting Commissioner Appeal and Tribunal Appeal
• Preparation of working/ reconciliations
• Research on case laws and legal points
• Representation before the departmental authorities
• Liasioning and Follow up with Department authorities
• Co-ordination with the client
