Corrida Legal: Corporate & Employment Law Firm - India is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience in corporate and employment laws to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts and legal documents including employment agreements, HR policies, privacy policies, ESOP letters, vendor and service agreements, investment agreements, legal notices, and communications.
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes and legal opinions on corporate, data privacy, and labour and employment matters.
- Handling routine client communications and closing matters with minimal escalation.
- Following firm SOPs, checklists, and trackers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Contributing to the firm’s publications and client-facing materials.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate and employment law with practical drafting and client exposure.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable conducting client calls and meetings independently.
- Applicants must be based in Delhi NCR.
