Corrida Legal is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 1 Year to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting: Skillfully draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage your networking skills to connect with industry professionals, potential clients, and experts on LinkedIn.
- Thought Leadership: Craft articles that showcase your legal expertise, industry insights, and a deep understanding of relevant legal trends. These articles will not only educate our audience but also equip you with knowledge and understanding of the latest laws.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research to support various projects, staying updated on legal developments that could impact our firm's operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal roles.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
