Corrida Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 year to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting: Skillfully draft and review contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Their key focus areas are corporate and employment laws, including work on operational and transaction-based contracts, employment & data privacy-related documentation, legal notices, pleadings, etc.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research to support various client projects and address their queries, thereby staying updated on legal developments. Proficiency and interest in HR and contractual laws are preferred.
- Thought Leadership: Craft articles that showcase your legal expertise, industry insights, and a deep understanding of relevant legal trends. These articles will educate their audience and equip you with knowledge and understanding of the latest laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal roles.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- This position is limited to lawyers based out of Delhi NCR as the office is in Gurugram.
