Corrida Legal: Corporate & Employment Law Firm - India is hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate & Employment Laws with at least 1 year of practical experience to join its office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts and legal documents, including employment agreements, HR policies (POSH, Code of Conduct, BCP), privacy policies, ESOP letters, vendor/service agreements, investment agreements (SHA/SSA), and legal notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear advisory notes and opinions on corporate, data privacy, and labour/employment laws.
- Manage client communications, handle calls, explain drafts, and close matters with minimal escalation.
- Follow firm SOPs, checklists, and trackers for quality control and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the firm’s publications and client-facing resources.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate and employment law.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to conduct client calls and meetings independently.
- Applicants must be based in Delhi NCR.
