Details of the Job/Internship
Corrida Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience to join its Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalise contracts and legal documents including employment agreements, HR policies, privacy policies, ESOP grant letters, vendor and service agreements, investment agreements, and legal notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear advisory notes and actionable legal opinions on corporate, data privacy, and employment law matters.
- Manage routine client communications, including calls, explaining drafts, and closing matters with minimal escalation.
- Follow firm SOPs, checklists, and trackers to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
- Contribute periodically to firm publications and client-facing materials.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in corporate and employment law with practical drafting and client exposure.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to independently conduct client calls and meetings.
- Only candidates based in Delhi NCR will be considered.
- Shortlisted candidates must complete a practical drafting and vetting assessment without the use of AI tools.
Salary/Stipend
₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (net take-home, post-tax deductions).
