Details of the Job/Internship
Counce International is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategically structure transactions to meet client objectives.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of legal agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Oversee and facilitate smooth transaction closings.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary/ Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in managing VC transactions independently.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
